Mechanical rigidity

Mechanical rigidity is an important concept in mechanical engineering, which involves the deformation and vibration resistance of mechanical systems under stress.Static rigidity and dynamic rigidity are two main aspects to measure mechanical rigidity. Static rigidity mainly focuses on the deformation of mechanical structures under static or quasi-static stress, while dynamic rigidity focuses on the performance of mechanical structures under dynamic stress (such as vibration and impact).

Note:As far as possible, use rigid equipment for processing. When the rigidity is insufficient, adjust the cutting depth and cutting parameters.

By optimizing material selection, improving structural design, adopting rigid connection and strengthening maintenance, the mechanical rigidity can be effectively improved to ensure the stability and reliability of the mechanical system.
